So this past week has been crazy. There was the YW Evening in Excellence that I made 80 chocolate covered strawberries for, then the Youth temple trip which involved a 4 hour drive to Orlando (which was neat) and I also taught on Sunday and had training... and put up curtains and had a baby shower to attend ... and made food and gifts for the baby shower, and I got sick. So today has been the end of the craziness. I hope to have a quiet week before Jed's mom comes. So if I have been negligent in my calls to my family you now know why. I just have been very busy. On the plus side I have finally come to a solution about my car.
See every morning I get into my car and cannot see out of the windows due to condensation. You have to get out an wipe off the windows to drive. (only during the hottest months do I get a break). I have used towels and they get so dirty. Paper towels leave paper bits. So I finally got the best idea. A squeegee. This item is used to wipe off water, what a wonderful tool for tropical areas. This is just one of the many odd things about living in Florida.
Ahh, yes, going from the ice-scraper to the squeegee. Only seems odd, if you ever had to use an ice scraper. Down in Florida it's as normal as palm trees for Christmas. Aren't you getting one? Be careful of the Palmetto Bugs.
No thank you! I have enought bugs without bringing more into my house. We have a nice, little fake tree. It should do. And if my kids knock if over it won't matter!
