So another boy (Lori's) will join our family. She was so sure it was a girl.  We are spending our time being silly, handling Ash, and planning how to get away on Halloween. And we are just like everyone one else and watching politics like crazy. Ash has started hitting. He is awful. If he wants a toy now he comes up, grabs it, runs off and if you try to get it back he wacks you. I have a feeling he will spend his life in time out. Strangely I had thought I would like another child closer than he and Emma are but Jed and I both looked at each other yesterday and said almost simultaneously "I don't think we could handle it with him right now." It reminded me of a Calvin and Hobbes comic strip where Calvin describes his saturday plans and then remarks "no brothers or sisters yet."
